Why i have two libraries with same name

I have migrated content from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 running in 2010 experience yet. 

I see a weird thing. 

When i try to do the expoprt from the central administration i see i have two libraries with same name like two documents and two master pages . 

this is a publsihing site migrated from 2010. 

All the subsites have the same thing 

is it correct or there is some issue i need to fix.Image may be NSFW.
