Inherit theme for sub site from parent site using CSOM/Javascript

Hi,

I want to create sub site using Javascript with below criteria in SharePoint,

1. I want to create the site with my own custom site template/definition.

2. I want apply the theme for the subsite new or it should inherit from the parent.

any help please.
