In SharePoint 2010 on premise I can schedule PowerPivot Data Refreshes. With the Changes to Excel 2013 (integrating PowerPivot) is there a SharePoint Online option today?
My challenge:
1. Store Excel file in SharePoint document library in SharePoint Online.
2. Periodically schedule an automated process that refreshes the data within the Excel file (pulled from from various SQL databases manages within the Excel file).
According to Microsoft, there are was to handle this in SharePoint 2013 on-premise, but is there any way within SharePoint Online to accomplish this? http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj879294.aspx
Or, if somebody has another perspective, please feel free to suggest.
