Hi.
I'm just trying to add an alert notification on a document library for an Active Directory Group. This AD group is set Universal and Security. I've already create à Distribution List in Exchange mapped to my AD group (with e-mail address appears into AD & Exchange).
In SharePoint, when I try to create an alert for this AD group or this Distribution List, I cannot find anyone. I've tried too with all my AD groups, my distribution lists and none are found. (But users of my domain are).
For the current context, I have 2 servers in my farm : 1 for SharePoint Server 2013 Standard and 1 for SQL Server 2008R2 (in french for all products). I have an AD 2008 and Exchange 2010 too.
User Profile service is not deployed, my customer only use Managed Metadata and Search Services.
Is this a configuration issue or a bug ?
