We're in the process of setting up a product catalog. We have a managed metadata navigation setup with a root menu item with categories below it. The root item is linked to a category overview page which has to display the categories available. We have the search content webpart in place for this, which works. But the image linked to each category isn't being shown on the page; it's showing a "there's no image" image instead.
I've checked and found this article about the category image and the term property web part. That's nice, but only works for single terms it seems, not for an overview. The article talks about the_Sys_Nav_CategoryImageUrl property, so I tried using that with search. But search doesn't seem to know about that property (can't find it in either the managed or crawled property lists).
So the question now is: how do I get the category image to show up in the category overview?
