Powershell cmdlet download

I'm looking to run SharePoint powershell commands on a remote computer.  Does anyone know where I can download Microsoft.SharePoint.PowerShell cmdlet?  I've been searching for this, but so far only found the SharePoint Administration toolkit, which does not include the SharePoint cmdlets.
