Is it possible to click on an item in a list and connect to another wiki page

I'm a novice at sharepoint, and having some trouble.

I wanted to create a list of Cities.  Each also showing the Country and Business Region that city is in.  Doing this in a table wouldn't quite work since viewers of the page can't sort the list, and adding new cities requires they're added carefully or everything will get out of order.  So I thought the solution was to use a "Custom List"

The problem I'm having now is that while I could use the double brackets around the city names in a table to create a link to a page for each city... it seem impossible to create a link from cities (or anything for that matter) from a custom list.  Is there anyway to click on an item displayed in a list and to another page in a wiki?  Or... create a sortable list that can be added to by users within the wiki.

Please keep in mind that if there is a solution that requires more setup, that's fine.  But I won't be able to use solutions that require a bit of coding or even Sharepoint Designer to be used every time a city is linked.  Many of our team members who will add cities to the list are not tech savvy.
