document library SP2013: folder depth limitation

hi there,

short question. We need to limit folder depth in all the document libraries to 2 levels - that the users cannot create a very large foldertree in specific document libraries.

Means the max allowed path can be:

.../shareddocuments/folderlevel1/folderlevel2/"files"

any idea if this is possbile (by configuration I didn't suceed to find a solution - if anyone know a programmtical solution -  no problem)
