- I understand that even though we plan on using an Enterprise Server license, Sharepoint pages which solely utilize Foundations features may be viewed and interacted with by AD users without an Enterprise CAL. Please indicate if you concur with this statement.
- Assuming that you concur with Item 2 above, I am currently assessing what our licensing requirements will be. I require an explanation of a “basic workflow” ( available for viewing without a CAL as a Foundations feature) and an “advanced workflow” (requires an Enterprise User CAL). We are currently using the following features: Project sites, workflows, document libraries and calendars. Which of these (aside from Advanced Workflows) requires more than a foundations (Windows) license to view and interact with?
