SharePoint 2013 - User images not loading

Hi,

In sharePoint we have a site which has internal and external site with HTTP (internet and intranet), the url can be accessed from following urls

Intranet:

http://servername

http://Ipaddress

Internet

http://abc.com

http://public Ip address

the problem is

the user is adding the profile picture and doing some activities in Site Feed,

When we access the site the user profile pictures are not loading properly, its sttill showing their own address of the image, for example

if the user 1 updated profille and content in the site in the url of http://servername , if a user open the site in the url of http://abc.com the he is not getting the user 1 photo.

How to over come this.
