SharePoint farm replication

Hi All,

We are planning to build a second SharePoint farm and sync content between both the farms. Which is the best tool to achieve this?

Additionally we have SSRS and Commerce Server 2009 integrated with the SharePoint farm. Do we also need to sync SSRS & Commerce Server SQL content in both the farms. If so are there any tools or methods avaiable for this?
