How to setup email reminders for each item in a list that has a specific status value

Hello there

I am working with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. 

I have a SharePoint list and for each item in this list where the column Status is different to "Complete" it is required to send a message to an email address stored in the same item.

Is this possible to go and check all the list to do this?

How I can configure SharePoint to do this every day?
