we are trying to run a report from a sharepoint list but when saving the file to our computers only the person who created the file is able to access and refresh the report.
all other users are recieving the following error message:
An unexpected error has occured. changes to your data cannot be saved.
and are not able to refresh the report.
We have searched the forums and have reason to believe it could be because that the data connection itself is saving into a temporary internet file.
If any one has any ideas on how we could get this set up so when we save it to our company drive and then any one access it that would be great.
