Sharepoint permssion based on the User profile properties

Hello

Is it possible to give user access to sharepoint site based on User profile property instead of user name in Sharepoint 2013?

for e.g. Normally I create Active directory group for Human resources and add this group into sharepoint visitor group under HR site.

Can I put Human Resources instead of Active directory group in sharepoint visitor group?
