I am working in SharePoint and am faced with a problem creating an Alarm. I have created a list and attempted to create an Alarm on that list. Upon completing the form I attempt to submit the Alarm and SharePoint will thinking endlessly and then either I get a "Page cannot load" message or my content filter stops it (this has only happened once since I have tried this). It will sit in limbo for about 5-10 minutes before failing.
I have received no errors on this, it simply thinks endlessly and then fails. I have checked permissions and double checked that I had full control on the list. According to my co-workers they too are experiencing this issue. From what I have gathered there was a time when it worked and was tested. Has anyone encountered this before?
