I’m seeking thoughts and advice....in understanding if it possible to leverage Sharepoint 2013 for the following:
I would like to use Sharepoint as a platform/extranet
for allowing my customers to view dashboards and reports which I have created. When I think of Sharepoint, my first thought on how Sharepoint is to be leveraged...is as a company's intranet..but...for my use....I would love leverage Sharepoint as part of my
BI solution......building sharepoint "Custom Sites" that house dashboards and or reports created using Power View, PowerPivot and PerformancePoint....and allow my customers to sign-in and view....these dashboards and reports would be connected to
SQL server databases that would likely be hosted on Azure. Based on what I have read, the functionality I need lies within Sharepoint 2013 enterprise edition (dashoards & scordcards)...
Is it possible to leverage SharePoint in this solution delivery model.......
