I'm hoping that I don't need to reinvent the wheel here and that someone has either an app or template for doing classified ads on SharePoint Online 2013 (Intranet).
If so, please provide more information!
If not, any guidance on how to start this such as which list/library template to use (discussion board listing, custom list, image library, etc).
