Can you please help me with an issue...
I have the Content Organizer feature turned on in my site. I created rules lo manage uploaded documents. I move uploaded documents to different folders by the fields of Managed Metadata. The user is allowed insert multiple tags in the same metadata field..
For example, i have a Projects list in my termset, when user tags the document, he can tag it with multiple Projects.
When that happens, the rules does not apply to the document. The document stays in the Drop Off Library.
I would like to route my docs according to the first tag, in case of multiple tagging...
When dealing with managed metadata fields i cannot select "Begins with.." in the rules operators.....
Someone have an idea how to handle this??
