Sharepoint and SSRS

Scenario :

I have Sharepoint 2010 Enterprise WFE on one server srv1 , and Reporting Services installed srv2 along with sql server 2008 R2 Engine.

I have not other license of SQL server or Sharepoint available except these two.

Problem :

1. I need to install SSRS in Sharepoint Integrated Mode(some blog suggest it will not work from separate server, installation on WFE require), which as i know would require additional license if installs SSRS on WFE srv1.

2. Alternatively if i install SSRS in Native mode on srv2, can i deploy report on sharepoint directly and browse them from there?

3. if point 2 is not possible so i will have to intall ssrs in native mode on srv2 , and use report viewer web part to view reports in WFE srv1. now report viewer prompts additional login credentials to pass for report authentication. that i do not want.

Please suggest the best approach possible and how to achive the same. i request urgent help on this.

Many thanks in advance.
