BCS Service Application not accessible

Hi All,

I'm trying to extract data from SAP into SharePoint using ERP Connect Services. I'm able to do it successfully on development environment but on the production environment I'm facing the following error.

'The BDC Service application Business Data Connectivity Service App is not accessible. The full exception text is: The security token request cannot be completed.'

I'm in contact with the ERP Connect guys but they think the problem is with the configurations on the Production Environment. Thanks in advance.
