Can I send a document (item) to a specific view in a library using a SPD 2010 Workflow?

 I am new to SPD 2010/2013.

I have two libraries with two views each, I would like to use a workflow to send documents to a specific view in the Library.

Need guidance.

• Draft Library (with Two Views)

               -Internal

               -External

• Approved Library (with Two Views)

      -Internal

                -External

• Using SharePoint 2013 with SPD 2010 Workflows
