Good day,

I am new to sharepoint and I installed sharepoint 2013 on a lab system to learn some basics. It is 1 server with SQL, IIS, SharePoint and all prerequisites installed. The server os is server 2012. Domain Controller is installed on a separate server.
What I did after installing SharePoint is creating a webapp and after that a Enterprise Wiki Site collection. I set this to port 12345. This one is working fine.

Then I want to make a second Enterprise Wiki Site collection on port 12346. It asks for credentials but then it says:

The website declined to show this webpage

As it is a lab environment I use administrator for everything

When I look in IIS the folder structure of the first wiki is much more extensive. The second Wiki is missing a lot of folders.

I started again from scratch but I get the same results again.

After reloading snapshot again I started installing two webapps without site collections and discovered again that the structures where not identical of the two webapps. How is that possible?

Am I doing something wrong?

Or am I misunderstanding some concepts?
