Hi,
In SharePoint 2010 the "Override Check Out" permission is described as:"Discard or check in a document which is checked out to another user".
In SharePoint 2013, this permission has been replaced with "Override List Behaviors" and described as: "Discard or check in a document which is checked out to another user, and change or override settings which allow users to read/edit only their
own items".
Does anyone know what "change or override settings which allow users to read/edit only their own items" actually allows the user to perform?
