Getting 500 internal error

Hello Friends,

We are getting 500 internal error while accessing Web Application and Site collection in our newly setup SharePoint Dev server which is hosted in Azure.

We did a lot google and applied all those IIS setting under Application pools , SharePoint Timer service is also running but still we are getting below error :

Any help Would be appreciated!
