If I have a scenario where the secure store service application has been destroyed and we want to provision a new secure store service application but use the old database (from backup/tape).
Is this possible? in the CA, I don't see a way to restore the old encryption key.
So how will the newly provisioned service app, be able to read the OLD data in the existing database?
