Search results -- Jumping directly to search term in Word document

I posted this question over in the SP2010 forum, but if this is more feasible in SP2013, I'm open to that.

From the search results page, is there a way to have a user open a Word document directly to the page in which the search term is found?

If this is not possible, is there at least a feature for Word documents similar to the "Take a Look Inside" feature for PowerPoint presentations?  It would be nice to preview or jump to a page/section from the search results screen.
