SharePoint 2013 workflow manager - Workflow Service Application Proxy NOT SHOWING IN Managed Service Application Central Admin

Dear All,

In my Dev I can see SharePoint 2013 workflow option in Designer, but in Production SharePoint 2010 only available. I run below command on workflow manager power shell to check the status and in Production all are showing OK.. Please find the status below..

Get-WFFarm - HostConfigurationCompleted

Get-SBFarm - HostConfigurationCompleted

Get-WFFarmStatus 
- WorkflowServiceBackend - Running
- WorkflowServiceFrontEnd - Running

Get-SBFarmStatus
- Service Bus Gateway - Running
- Service Bus Mess... - Running
- FabricHostSvc       - Running

----NOW In Central Admin --> Service Application Manager 

In Dev I can see below status :-

    Workflow Service Application  Workflow Service ApplicationStarted
    Workflow Service Application Proxy    Workflow Service Application Proxy   Started

However, In Production Workflow Service Application / Workflow Service Application Proxy not showing in Central Admin --> Manager Service Application. Please advice
