I work on a SharePoint server using IE 10. A few weeks ago, the OK button on all the pages I use stopped working! By that, I mean, I would click OK and nothing would happen. I waited several hours in one case. Nothing.
The other functions do work. There's dropdown menus with options, I can download files into Word and edit them and then upload again from Word. I can select different pages, and other functions. Only the buttons stopped working, but this was a real problem because those buttons trigger essential functions.
Here's the really interesting part.
I tried IE 10 on both Windows 7 and Windows 8 on different computers. Then I tried Google Chrome.
Chrome works. IE doesn't.
Can anybody tell me why IE doesn't work and Chrome does.
