Sharepoint 2013 - Remove alternative language customizations

Hello all, 

I'm using sharepoint 2013 onprem and I enabled an alternative language. The sharepoint menus show in the alternative language ok.

When changes are made in webparts, content editors, etc in the alternative language it is not reflected in the primary language.

My questions are the following:

-How can I change content in more than one language at a time.

-How to delete the content/customizations of an alternative language (like disabling the alternative language and loose changes)
