Community Site - changing the asking a question checkbox default to checked.

On the Community Site Discussion board, there is a checkbox field called Question that is unchecked by default:


I would like this to be checked by default, since I anticipate the majority of the posts will be questions.  I tried going to the column in List Settings but there is no option to set a default value:




Does anyone know of a way to change the default to Yes (checked)?
