Interaction between Sharepoint and Outlook

Hey everyone, 

I would like to know if it is possible to make this: 

I open an email on Outlook with attachments , and i click in a specific add on and automatic send the attachments for a folder in Sharepoint 2013. But only open the folders where i have autorization.

If there are any solution about this issues, please share to me.
