The Field Name drop down list box is blank when trying to add a filter criteria for a parameter in List View

Hi,

In SharePoint Designer 2013 for SharePoint 2016, I am trying to create a parameter field for a list view webpart.  I added

 <ParameterBinding Name="Para_JobID" Location="None" DefaultValue="0"/>

but, when I try to click on the "Filter" button to create a new clause for the filter criteria, the field name is not editable and the drop down is blank.

Any suggestion?
