I applied some custom branding to a team site - not much in there except a custom spcolor and spfont combination. The site has the Minimal Download Strategy feature turned on. As a result, page requests transition through the start.aspx page.
Start.aspx however, does not seem to use the custom color scheme applied and therefore, the transition appears weird as the page goes from custom colors, on current page, to standard SharePoint blue, when start.aspx shows, and back again to custom when the
target page is loaded. I noticed that this doesn't have anything to do with my custom branding either. Even when I choose one of the other composed looks available on SharePoint 2013, this transition is glaring. Is this by design or is it a bug? Is there
a way to get around this?
