Hi,
I'm trying to display a custom list from subsite in the parent site page. Note that the sites are in SharePoint 2013 online (O365). Kindly let me know, if there is any idea/ solution to achieve this.
Options that I already know:
(a) Usage of CQWP, but this will change the look & feel (as I'm trying to achieve the XSLTListViewWebPart display).
(b) Tried the suggestions from the following link by Mike: http://techtrainingnotes.blogspot.com/2009/03/sharepoint-one-library-multiple-sites.html
However, it's not working in SharePoint 2013 online (throws error 'List does not exist. The page you selected contains a list that does not exist.'even after setting the correct Web Id and List Id.)
(c) I could opt for Cross Site Publishing feature of SharePoint 2013, but unfortunately this feature is not available in SharePoint online.
