Activate SharePoint feature on many sites using powershell

There are many sites below the current url (about 60-70)

https://contoso.com/groups

How can I activate a feature on all of these 60-70 sites without doing it 1 by 1?

I'm not really sure how to even get the proper name of a feature.

It doesn't seem to be the correct name that I copied from the manage features page.

Note: This is a workflow feature.

I saved this reusable workflow as template and uploaded it to the solutions gallery and activated it.

Once activated the feature can be found on every site.
