Activate feature Site collection level Search Center Url Feature

Hello,

I am trying to create a site using a WSP from another collection.

I get the error:

This site template requires that feature 7ac8cc56-d28e-41f5-ad04-d95109eb987a be activated in the site collection.

The feature refers to "Site collection level Search Center Url Feature".

I cannot find that, and I haven't found anything about it specifically on my searches. Help, please?
