Today when I tried to make search for items i run into this error:
Search has encountered a problem that prevents results from being returned. If the issue persists, please contact your administrator.

Enterprise search not working and when I check under search application service --> search administration i saw this:Searchable items ALL ERRORS and under Search Application Topology : Index Partition yellow triangle.
What happent with my enterprise search site? HELP PLEASE!!!
