After redundancy server down, what is the action we can do.

AD DC[AD DS] 1

SPS WFE 1

SPS APP 2 [Service redundancy: Search Service Application & User Profile Service Application]

SQL 1

[Problem]

When we use AD import to sync User Profile Service, one of redundancy server[ which one is running sync job] was downed. We thought that the other Application server should restart the sync job, but it not.

Please tell me , What action I should do to make user profile ad import sync job rerun on the other redundancy server after one of application server downed.
