We opened this workbook read-only from the server- annoying issue.

Hi

we are using TFS 2015 At our company with Sharepoint 2013

all clients machines are using office2016 PRO.

At the last 2 weeks we having issues with the documents  that at the Sharepoint

once we trying to open any file (word,excel,ppt) we are getting the msg "We opened this workbook read-only from the server" so it's mean we are not able to check out or check in like we did before

the only solution to solve this is to go into the SharePoint/tfs server and restart the SharePoint services, after we are doing it the check in and check out available again for 1-2 days and than this issue coming back.

Does anybody have idea what cause the problem and how can we solve it.
