Hi everybody,
As the title says, the problem I encounter is on a specific document that does not proceed to create a new task in tasks list for the next approver, once it is approved by the first approver.
See the below screenshot with the log of the specific workflow running (for privacy reasons I user reference names and blurred confidential data) :
In RED I have "circled" Task rolled back event, which I do not know what it does mean. Usually I do not have such entry in the approval logs. Someone could explain me why this could happen? Maybe this is why the workflow fails?
Also see below the attempts to approve the approval task assigned to USER 1. Even when I do it from the server with the administrator user, it throws me an error and does not complete the command:
I welcome any insight on what could be wrong and what need to be checked and change.
