Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question, but does SharePoint Foundation 2013 have the the OOTB Approval, Collect Feedback, and Collect Signatures workflows? I found an article indicating it may not, but I want to make sure I am not overlooking something. There are no workflow features to activate on either the Site Features or Site Collection Features pages other than the Three State Workflow site collection feature, which is already active. The Office documentation about the approval, collect feedback, and collect signatures workflows seems to indicate via the "Applies to" section that Foundation only has the three-state workflow.
If correct, what are the best options out there for getting this functionality in SharePoint Foundation 2013?
