Excel Web Services - TFS created Excel report - Chart gives error when attempting to refresh

Hello,

I have created an Excel Spreadsheet from within TFS using the Create Report in Microsoft Excel.  I named the chart.  I check the worksheet into the Team Project Documents folder.

I have added this Spreadsheet into my SharePoint 2010 site. I can see the chart just fine.

I'm using Internet Explorer 9.  When I select Data/Refresh All Connections from this dialog:

I get this error:

I don't know what this means or how to fix it.
