I currently have setup My Site's for our SharePoint deployment. and so far everything seems to be working ok though I have a couple questions I was hoping others could help me with. Currently I have only one connector and that is to AD and that is all the connectors I will be using. Below are my questions..
1. I want to sync the photos back to AD however we currently have photos in AD when I configure the profile option to export the photo to AD will this delete all the current photos in AD?
2. I noticed that sections like "Ask Me About" "skills" "Past Projects" and several other pieces in the users profile are not mapped to anything. Is there an AD attribute that these should be mapped to? And if so what attributes do most people use for all these fields?
