Probably a dumb question. I was at the SharePoint conference in Vegas last year and I thought I had heard in multiple sessions that SharePoint site admins could take something like a document library with a Designer workflow and maybe a custom set of fields and publish that to the AppCatalog as an "app". Or another example would be a custom list with say an InfoPath form and do the same.
I can't seem to find any info online about Site Admins publishing to the AppCatalog. All I have been able to find is information about custom app development from a traditional developer. Can anyone vaildate this is or is not possible or know of a Technet or Blog article referencing this scenario?
