Enterprise Wiki Custom Page Layout with Left Navigation in office 365

Hi,

To Remove the Page ratings  and Categories section of the Enterprice wiki I use the Custom page layouts using Design Manager.       I Have created and Published (Removed the Ratings and Categories section) the Page layout Using Enterprise Wiki as content type.

But when i use this custom page layout i am not getting Leftnavigation section(Quick launch). Kindly help me how to achieve this left navigation in custom page layout.

This is for Office 365 site
