Unable to check in the page from pages library in sharepoint 2013?

Hi Everyone,

Facing one issue in SharePoint Pages library one user is checked out page and he is not available with the organization,

we tried several ways

site collection settings -> organization & structure  tried check in and discard check out or Delete but nothing is happening

using power shell script http://get-spscripts.com/2010/09/check-in-and-approve-all-publishing.html

but its not working. please help us.
