Update SharePoint user information/Profile with All the sites in the web application from Active Directory

Hi,

User Profile sync disabled with my sharepoint 2013 farm. So i see only display name,email,phone number only . But still we need to have all the attributes information ( Address,first name,last name,Title , Department , OfficePhone, Company , email,MobilePhone etc..) for all the users in the SharePoint web application.

Now Please let me know best feasibility to update sharepoint users information from the Active directory . Please provide the powershell scripts if you have anything .

I tried with Set-spuser but it is not updating all the attributes . As per client decesion we can't enable user profile sync. So we need to sync user profiles thorugh powershell from Active directory to Sharepoint sites
