Linking SharePoint TILE click to a List field

I have a SharePoint list with a drop down field Region. This has three options - Asia, Europe, America.

I have created Tiles to show Asia, Europe and America for the user to click which opens my list to create a new entry.

Is there a way I can auto populate my Region based on which Tile the user has clicked on?
