I'm trying to figure out why some sites do not have the Edit Links option available for the Quick Launch menu. I am an administrator and I can see it fine, but site Contributors and Designers cannot. The site collection was migrated from SP
2010, but this particular site was created after that collection migration. I believe it was made using a Teamsite template (can't remember and don't know where I can determine that after the fact).
There are no mistakes; every result tells you something of value about what you are trying to accomplish.
