We have received feedback from multiple users that they are encountering issues whereby when opening an office document from sharepoint (excel, word, powerpoint, etc) they will be presented with two prompts for user credentials. However, they are not able toggle the IE settings to use the Windows login as their Windows login credentials are different from their SharePoint login credentials. Is there any ways we can configure a forward trust or single sign on or some other settings to remove the prompt when opening the document from SharePoint when the user has already logged into the site itself?
